Team Antigua & Barbuda has embarked on a journey to Valencia, Spain for a training session in the Gulf of Valencia. The team is gearing up for the 69F Grand Prix Regatta on April 25th, 2023, and we are leaving no stone unturned in our preparation for this highly anticipated regatta.

The Rum Runners have decided to practice in the Gulf of Valencia because of its notoriously wavy waters, which provide different conditions than our normal practicing location of Cagliari, Sardinia. The team recognizes the importance of training in challenging conditions to be better prepared for the upcoming regatta.

"We are thrilled to be here in Valencia, practicing in the Gulf of Valencia," said skipper Rocco Falcone. "The conditions here are very different from what we are used to in Cagliari, and we believe this will give us an advantage in the upcoming Grand Prix Regatta. We are confident that our training here will help us perform at our best on race day."
